To be added to our Ace Frehley penpal exchange list you must agree to these few simple rules.
1.) First and foremost you MUST be an ACE FREHLEY FAN
2.) You must agree to at least send Holiday cards (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc....) every year to at least 10 of the people on the list.
3.)You must agree to send a letter or note to at least one DIFFERENT person on the list every 3 months(or every month, whichever you choose)
4.)YOU MUST NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCHANGE ANY OF THE ADDRESSES GIVEN TO YOU BY ACE FREHLEY FANS PENPAL EXCHANGE WITH NON MEMBERS UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN SOLE PERMISSION BY THE OWNER OF THE ADDRESS AND ALSO FROM THE OWNER OF "WHAT'S ON YOUR MIND?" ACE FREHLEY FANS PENPAL EXCHANGE THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE AND WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP
